11am-3pm on Sunday 23rd August at the Birdhouse Cafe, Pinces Gardens, Exeter. Taster sessions, market stalls, demos - a day dedicated to wellbeing, mindful movement and healthy living.

A Garden Summer Programme of Children's Activities

24th-30th August at Alibi Garden, Emmanuel Hall, EX6 1EJ. This is a week of gardening, art, craft, learning and joyful activities in the garden for children of all ages and families. Alphington Over 60s Coach Trip

Tuesday, 1st September, 9.30am pick-up from Alphington. Royal Air Force Cadets Recruit Intake Open Evening

19:00 – 21:00 on Thursday 3rd September at 2469 Exeter St Thomas Squadron base at Cowick Barton Playing Fields, EX2 9BJ. If you’re aged 12-18 (12 years old in Year 8 at school), come along to discover everything the Royal Air Force Air Cadets has to offer. From adventure training and flying opportunities to leadership, sports, first aid and lifelong friendships, there’s something for everyone.
